How To Manage That Inner Critical Voice So You Can Get The Job Of Your Dreams

Every human being has an internal critical voice that can lead to feelings of stress, anxiety and doubt. As a job seeker, you need to be aware of it and deal with it. If not, it can throw you off balance at best and worse, it can keep you stuck and failing to meet your goals. End self-sabotage, increase your confidence and learn how to step more fully into your personal power. In this workshop you will learn tools and strategies, which you can begin using right away, to overcome the feeling of “imposter syndrome,” increase your impact and move forward to land the job of your dreams.

This is an interactive workshop. Attendees who participate in this session will be able to:

  • Identify that critical inner voice and know how to shut it down
  • Identify fears and excuses and move past them
  • Apply strategies to change your mindset and enable action
  • Develop a vision for the future
