Job and Career Workshop: Marcia LaRue

Managing a Gold Standard:Career Life Cycle

There is a new life cycle that all career paths follow. It’s the three different phases to the career life cycle. Where are you? Do you recognize the characteristics? Do you know how to manage the transitions?  If you manage the career life cycle, you will manage your career. If you don’t, then your career will be managed for you.

In this workshop you will learn how to manage your Gold Standard Career Life Cycle.

Marcia LaReau, Ph.D. brings unique and diverse experience to her role in helping people in career-transition achieve their goals and find satisfying, sustainable work that meets their financial needs. As a Human Resource Director, her use of unique change-methodologies increased effectiveness and employee efficiency through effective team building. A recognized leader with a collaborative, creative, relational style, Dr. LaReau has proven herself in small business, corporate, and non-profit venues, working with executives, operations and project teams.
