Downtown Trick or Treat In-Person
DOWNTOWN TRICK OR TREAT is hosted by Middletown CT Rec!
Between 11 am - 1 pm children accompanied by an adult are invited to “trick or treat” downtown for free! Come in to the library in costumes and bring your own bag to fill with treats. Maps of all the stops where you can fill your bag will be available at the Gazebo on the South Green in Union Park.
