Health Workshop: Lack of Sleep
More and more people are finding it hard to fall asleep and stay asleep. And as a result they are now noticing subtle health issues in their bodies, which may cause potential health risk over a period of time. Marcia Witter will be suggesting tips to help improve your sleep.
Marcia Witter is a integrative health coach that works with women who are ready to find their “authentic selves” in order for them to become happier and healthier than they have ever been before. Her education and certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition has given her the tools to educate and guide people to make behavioral and lifestyle changes for improved nutrition, dietary habits and physical ability to gain overall better health.
