Marcia's Top Secrets: How to interview for a job in a new industry. With COVID-19 and many industries are shutting down, you may have to change industries. This session will focus on how to manage the change when speaking to hiring professionals and how to answer awkward questions that are likely to come up.

Marcia LaReau, Ph.D. brings unique and diverse experience to her role in helping people in career-transition achieve their goals and find satisfying, sustainable work that meets their financial needs. Dr. LaReau has served in the business world for over ten years, including Fortune 100 companies. As a Curriculum Designer and Learning Technologist, she led training initiatives for projects spanning 44,000 employees on four continents. As a Human Resource Director, her use of unique change-methodologies increased effectiveness and employee efficiency through effective team building. A recognized leader with a collaborative, creative, relational style, Dr. LaReau has proven herself in small business, corporate, and non-profit venues, working with executives, operations and project teams.
