Have you ever wondered what really happens to your resume after you send it in?  Have you felt you aced an interview only to get a rejection letter?  Beth Crowley, Director of the Cheshire Library in Cheshire, CT, will shed light on what it’s like on the other side of the hiring desk.  

Beth will share some of the most common mistakes candidates make when applying for jobs and offer tips and suggestions for successfully navigating the application and interview process. Bring questions you have always wanted to ask a hiring manager!

Russell Library presents weekly opportunities to network with other job seekers, as well as receive the advice of professionals. The focus will be on the job market and provide updated industry information during this uncertain time of COVID19. The Job and Career Group hosts virtual workshops and a weekly networking session via WebEX. You will need to download WebEx in order to attend.
