(Virtual) DIY Lava Lamp on Zoom Online

Art and science collide as we come together to make our own lava lamps. Using Jonathan Adolph's "Mason Jar Science", join us to learn about the science behind lava lamps, and make your own! Once we're finished you can keep the book, and keep the creations going!

Registration is required and will close the day before the event begins (on 9/23/2020).

Supplies are limited and will need to be picked up during library operating hours Monday-Saturday 10-5pm or picked up during curbside service hours at the Russell Library prior to the online event. After you register a librarian will call or email you to set up your supply pickup date/time. (Limit of one kit per household)

This program is intended to serve ages 10-15.

Funding for this Book and Enrichment kit was supplied by the Friends of the Russell Library and the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA), provided through the Institute of Museum and Library Services through the Connecticut State Library.
