Virtual Job and Career Group: Time Management, Productivity, and Ways to Declutter Your Life to Reduce Stress with Diane Lang Online

Diane Lang from DL Counseling:

Time Management, Productivity, Ways to Declutter Your Life & Reduce Stress

When you declutter- both material and emotional “stuff”- your life becomes more balanced. Your home feels tidier, your work runs more efficiently, and you gain positive control of your life.

In this workshop, we’ll discuss the small, realistic steps you can take today that will help you to live a more positive and resilient lifestyle.

We will go over ways to have better time management that leads to better productivity in both our personal and professional lives.

We’ll identify your triggers for stress, ways to simplify your life and live in the moment, and how to feel more empowered, motivated, and healthier.
