Deb Krawiec is the Founder and Principal Career Management Consultant of Arrow Career Consulting, an LLC. Deb's primary focus is to help individuals successfully transition to their next career and job opportunity. She offers a wide variety of support to her clients, which includes career exploration, resume writing, interview prep, effective networking strategies and salary negotiations. Her success in helping clients is due to her strong career counseling skills, keen business insights and vast knowledge of proven job search strategies. Previous to launching her practice in 2016, Deb worked 20 years in the Outplacement Industry, working 17 of those years for Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) where she last held the position of Vice President & Career Coach. She has a Master’s Degree in Counseling, is a National Certified Career Counselor, is an active member within a number of professional associations and works part-time as a College Career Advisor

Russell Library presents weekly opportunities to network with other job seekers, as well as receive the advice of professionals. The focus will be on the job market and provide updated industry information during this uncertain time of COVID19. The Job and Career Group hosts virtual workshops and a weekly networking session via WebEX. You will need to download WebEx to attend.
