Virtual Job and Career Group: Jonathan Childs: Over 40 and Looking For Work Online
Over 40 and Looking for Work?
This workshop is designed to expel the myths of the "older worker" build self-confidence and provide tips and suggestion on effective marketing in both written correspondence and interviews.
Jonathan Childs has a MED and Career Counseling from central ct state university. He is a certified professional resume writer and certified employment interviewing professional. A Facilitator for American Job Center Meriden/Middletown with 10 plus years exp in workforce development and part of the over 40 worker population.
Russell Library presents weekly opportunities to network with other job seekers, as well as receive the advice of professionals. The focus will be on the job market and provide updated industry information during this uncertain time of COVID19. The Job and Career Group hosts virtual workshops and a weekly networking session via WebEX. You will need to download WebEx to attend.
